I was very skeptical of any storage facility, but gave this one a try. SO GLAD I DID!! I have been well taken care of while I navigate my future. Montey is very kind and helpful. I know he takes his job and our care very seriously. I will always recommend this for anyone looking for storage in this area!

Thank you so much for both Marie's input on the day we got the space and for the regular manager the following day. I must say, Marie had me turned a bit around after taking me to and from the unit. We went a different way both times and neither was logical given the actual placement. But then I remembered doing that to my father when I lived in LA. I thought it funny then and still do. Took me almost to a point of leaving Reeses Pieces as a trail back to the elevators. The cost is barely different from some of the other unit nearby. But the quality if the staff, its cleanliness, its location and hours outs it well ahead of any other.. and worth it. It helps being just over a blick away from the apt. Todays move was all on foot. I am exhausted but grateful. Thank you again.

Monte was very patient and helpful! Wonderful service!! He took the time to explain everything carefully to make sure that I completely understood the rental and usage process. Since then, I have accessed and stored items without any problems. Also, the facility is absolutely spotless, bright and easy to navigate. So far, I'm very happy and recommend this rental property to anyone needing storage!

I actively searched in person for a storage unit today. Monty at Extra Storage was a delight, extremely knowledgable and readily shared valuable information, tips and tricks. Representatives for the other places I visited were, without exception, smarmy and creeped me out. In addition, the all units at Extra Space I previewed were very clean (really put all the others to shame), were easily accessed and were priced noticeably less than anything else the other places offered. I’m so happy to have found Extra Storage and recommend them, and Monty, here without reservation.

Here’s the scoop, I rented a unit for about 6months. No break-ins while I was there. But they did almost double my rent after about 3 months. I believe this is standard across most storage facilities though. However they did not notify me of the increase. They did waive my 15day notice to leave which saved me $128. So I was very happy with that. Got weird vibes sometimes but like I said, my stuff was never stolen.
