The guy in charge is Harvey and he is so helpful and informative. He takes customer satisfaction very seriously and made sure I was fully informed so there wouldn’t be any surprises. This place is tops for security. Harvey chose a spot to park my RV that is most protected from the wind. The cost for RV parking here is less expensive than other comparable places I checked in Airway Heights.

He’s professional, yet so down-to-earth—it honestly felt like I was being helped by a good friend who genuinely cared about making sure I had the right storage solution. Henry took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make the whole process simple and stress-free. You can tell he truly values his customers and takes pride in his work. It’s rare these days to find this level of genuine customer service, and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for storage with people who really care, Henry is the one to see! Henry definitely deserves a raise!

Our unit is ok no light even though we have a light swith. People in the office were nice an helpful. Over all not too bad.
