Go elsewhere! The gate it broken often. It takes them awhile to fix it. So the place isn’t secured. The cost is ridiculous. As much as you pay a month you figure they would ensure the gate was functioning properly! There isn’t anyone working on site. It’s just a stupid machine. If you them don’t bother leaving a message they never return your cal. Worst customer service!

The facility itself is fine, it's the corporate end of it that I am dissatisfied with. I signed up for their President's Day special - $34 (half off the $68 usual fee). When I get the paperwork they have signed me up for their first month for $1 deal. I called the local facility - she can't help me. There is no phone listed anywhere for corporate, so I did a chat online. Their answer? Nope, can't help you. Done deal. AND the agent proceeds to end the chat before receiving an answer to the question "is there anything else I can help you with". Tried a second time - same experience. Would not do business with this company again. Beware - check your paperwork carefully.

I had the most wonderful experience with Public Storage. I was greeted and assisted by Jaz who was overly amazing. Not only did she accommodate myself and my family but she was very friendly and respectful. She is the true definition of a blessing. She took all the stress off my plate and helped make my transition so much smoother. Please give her the biggest raise and promotion possible she is a gem and keeper!

Carla please forgive me if I misspelled your name, I received a call from public storage to welcome me to the public storage community. I wasn’t expecting that courtesy, actually I thought due to the weather something was wrong with the units. Instead it was Carla calling me making me feel so much better with her warm professional welcome, due to that I feel confident that my belongings are truly safe and in good hands with public storage.
