Great Tool

Everything about the website was great -- made it easy to find and reserve storage. All the key info I needed to make a decisions was displayed clearly. Only criticism is that it was not made clear until I was reading the lease documents that the monthly cost of the unit was only locked in for 4 months -- that is key info that could be communicated more clearly up front.

Easy to reserve by phone

Very nice gentleman answered phone, very nice lady called me back to complete the reservation. The price was competitive with other storage companies.

Everything was done properly, promptly & professional. Greeted by the personnel to show where everything was & it was all for very reasonable pricing. I’m satisfied & I highly recommend!
