The facilities are clean and well maintained which give customers peace of mind when leaving their belongings at this location. The greatest asset to this location is Erica. I had the pleasure of visiting with her on the phone several times when making arrangements and then in person once I arrived. Each time I interacted with her she went out of her way to be helpful in every way possible. She is definitely brings value to the location and is driven by her commitment to great customer service.

I had a great experience at this Public Storage location. The facility is clean, well organized, and feels very secure. I especially want to highlight Erica, the manager. She was very professional, friendly, and always willing to help. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. You can really tell when someone cares about their customers, and Erica definitely does. I highly recommend this location, especially because of the excellent customer service

I had such a pleasant experience with Erica, went through the processes and procedures (she made it easy) and Erica answered all my questions. Such a proffesionail at what she does.
