New renter at this facility. Amanda was open and engaging. She definitely made me feel like the service at this facility would be outstanding. Facility is clean and climate controlled. Temp felt a little warm but the humidity was okay. Five stars for now because of Amanda. I’m hoping they don’t ramp up my rent or fail to provide sufficient climate control in the summer. Either of these will bring down the rating significantly.

I had an excellent experience at the Public Storage on S. Kimball Ave in Southlake, and I want to specifically recognize Amanda for doing an outstanding job. From start to finish, Amanda made the entire process completely effortless. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I had exactly what I needed. What could have been a stressful or time-consuming process was smooth and easy because of her attention to detail and great customer service. It’s rare these days to encounter someone who truly cares about doing their job well, but Amanda absolutely does. If you’re considering this location, you’ll be in great hands with her. Highly recommend both this facility and working with Amanda directly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I had a great experience at this storage facility! The place is clean, secure, and easy to access, but what really made the difference was the lady who assisted me. Amanda was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She took the time to explain all the options and made the entire process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and she truly went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a storage place with excellent service and someone who actually cares about helping you, I highly recommend this location.
