We apologize for the inconvenience with the rental process. We are right in the middle of transitioning to a new property management software and that process started on Thursday last week. We have also hired a new technician that is helping get the area cleaned up more as we have had some restructuring of the company recently. We do apologize that the unit was not as clean as you would have liked, or as clean as we would like it either, but do appreciate the feedback as we can get with ownership to justify more help down there.
