Having previously rented from this facility, I can say that I have had zero issues. I believe this is the 4th time in the past 10 years that I have rented from this facility. Each time has been a different sized unit, both indoor and drive-up. Derek, the location manager, has always been courteous and accommodating. He will address every concern and is very prompt if you need repairs, etc. Remote gate access via the CubeSmart app has worked every time for me. Access into and out of this facility is easy and I feel my personal belongings are safe here.

An amazing facility with even better management! Every time I enter the facility I not only feel welcome, but I feel that the items in my unit are secure and easily accessible with a cart always available (which isn't the case at other facilities). 100% recommend.

Stored important items, and within 5 months had rats 🐀 destroy (Chew, urinate and defecate) all over my possessions. I’ve had to throw away thousands of dollars worth of personal items. Cube Smarts mandatory insurance which they charge, doesn’t cover anything related to rodents, how convenient for them. The district and corporate staff at CubeSmart have ignored my request for assistance and making things right. I’ve left voicemails and the local staff have told me they do not have the authority to help with anything. To add insult to injury, they just increased my rent for the unit by $18.00. Avoid all cube smart properties.

Employee is always very pleasant and helpful. The only problem is RATS..I transferred to a bigger unit and Rats had been in my old unit. No food was in the unit, they chewed up wrapping paper, peed and crapped on everything. Lots of rat killer going into new unit.

We paid the Rodents rent for over 6 years. Everything that was fabric, cardboard, or plastic is now waste due to rodent feces, urine, and being chewed on. This place is an overpriced rat appertment. 🐀. Do not use this facility. If you are around until 613 and you are missing 🍃 leaves to your fake plants, the mice took them and made a home out of it in my unit. To cubesmart- don't reach out unless you plan on refunding my bank account.
