I wanted to give a shout out to Bridget and Kim! Their customer service is so great and they naturally just care about their customers. They make this location top notch! We've had our storage here a few years and anytime I need to get something resolved they go above and beyond to make sure everything works out correctly. Bridget has put extra work in at times with our situation and really blew my mind how she just made sure everything worked out for us. They both feel like you're resolving something with a friend and are both very sweet and understanding. I feel very safe having my house stored at this Public Storage location. With both Bridget and Kim there, I know we're in great hands. They're a wonderful team! Please do something nice for them. They really deserve it. They actually care about the customers while taking their job seriously.
