These people are good people. They have always helped me when I needed help. Matt is great. It was good to see someone around my age who could relate. He is so nice and he definitely is blessed with kindness and patience. You know,I'm getting older and I don't remember names and never could. The young lady in the office is so kind too. She suggests ideas to me so it's easy and I'll remember. I have never ever had any worries or problems with these two employees or the storage facility itself. Thank you for your kindness. My experience at the Springfield storage unit on 22nd Ave. Has been nothing but pleasant. Matthew’s the manager is amazing. And Hope is so helpful and sweet. It’s not my first time renting there I rented for about three or four years before this last six or eight months that I had to have a unit. It’s a piece of cake.
