Steve was very helpful! The initial information I was given states there are security cameras on site, while I have looked for them I've not found them. It looks like they are continuing to develop the location. I hope that will include a little more trimming/etc. I fear mice or snakes could be near because of the rural location. But so far, very fair price to store our family camper.

Storage Zone is an incredibly clean, safe well-maintained facility. I live in Illinois, we just bought a house in Eastern Tennessee, Last August I found Storage Zone after doing a web search. I called the number and Kevin the manager answered the phone, I was surprised. Anyway, I wanted to rent a 14 x 45 from out of state so we could begin moving our belongings to the unit 6 months ahead of actually buying a house. Kevin answered all my questions; we put the unit on Auto pay with my card and it was a simple process. I asked Kevin recently if I could relinquish the 14x45 and just rent a 10x20 until my new garage is built. Not only did he accommodate my request he did it immediately to help me save a little money. We've moved into the new unit over a month ago and it's worked great for our needs. If myself or family and friends ever need a super nice facility to store anything Storage Zone will be the place. Thanks for everything Kevin.

Storage Zone has been wonderful. The unit we are renting was new and clean. The facility itself is secure, and we feel that our goods are safe there while we build our new home. We've had the need for special accommodations a few times (while moving things in and out of a moving trailer), and Kevin has been SO helpful! Plus, after calling around initially, I found Storage Zone's prices were better than some other places.
