Very odd customer service. Not sure whether this is a company wide policy but I’ve only ever spoken to someone on the phone for this location. Today when I had a question about my RV storage at their “secure” lot I first waited on hold for 10 minutes. They ended up not being able to help me. When I asked about the broken gate and an ETA on repairs I got nothing. It’s been broken for a month. I decided I’d look for a more secure facility for my RV and a better customer experience. Good customer service is not that hard if your guiding principle is do things that make your customer feel you value them. Fortunately, within an hour I found a secure lot with friendly, helpful people and a working security gate. Did I mention I felt they were happy I was their customer? They did.

Everyone I worked with I’m getting the storage unit needed was extremely helpful and made the whole process. Very smooth and easy, especially when I was in a last minute need for storage. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a storage space.

I personally have had the need of two climate storage units in the past and I was very happy with the process and the facility. Most recently I inquired the assistance of staff on-site for the need of storage once again. Mr. Frank at the location is professional and most helpful with his knowledge of the facility and was able to fully answer all my questions to direct me. It's a pleasure to have professional staff to help when the need becomes a necessity. Thank you, Mr. Frank!

Frank was very helpful on me moving my unit to a larger unit and always is friendly and asking if i needed anything else. I think every one of the Go Store its should have a Frank or use him as a model employee.
