I rented a 10x20 unit from May through December and had a great experience overall. The facility was always clean, secure, and easy to access whenever I needed to get into my unit. A special shout-out to the manager, AJ. He was always professional, helpful, and quick to communicate whenever anything came up. It’s clear he cares about keeping things running smoothly and making sure customers are taken care of. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and well-managed storage!

Moving to Florence and got a unit at this location. We were able to set it up online without any issues. Got to the unit and it was ready for us and clean. Facility itself was clean. This was the only place near us with a unit big enough at a reasonable price. Big thank you to Ajay! We had some extremely heavy items and he was more than happy to help. Without him we wouldn't have been able to get them safely off the truck. Also very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Very thankful I found this storage facility! My husband and I were moving from California with a 30' box truck and worried we weren't going to find a unit big enough. We got the 10' x 30' and I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The facility is clean, climate controlled, secured, and staffed with some awesome people. I love that you have access even before and after the office open and closes. The process to reserve the unit was smooth online. Took me 5 minutes. Special shout out to AJ!! We had some extremely heavy items that were last to unload and he was a huge help. I mean HUGE HELP! Those items may not have gotten off the truck that day if it wasnt for his help. Highly recommend giving this facility a try 👌
