On Christmas Eve, my niece ran into difficulties with obtaining entry into her storage unit and was feeling hopeless about not being able to get her children’s Christmas gifts that were stored in her storage unit to put under their Christmas 🎄 tree. However, after receiving a message from one frantic aunt, the AMAZING woman that manages the Quaker Lane facility took the time, on one of the busiest days of the year, to travel to the storage facility to assist my niece with obtaining entry into her storage unit, ultimately saving Christmas 🎄 for my niece and great nephews. This one small, yet mighty, act of kindness brought more happiness and smiles to our family than one can imagine! 😊 I will forever be grateful for your selflessness, compassion and time, and I will continue to share my story about you, Margaret Parks (and your husband Bill), the manager that saved Christmas 🎄for my niece and great nephews!!
