I love Extra Space Storage!! Especially the location in York on Leader Heights Road. Their employees are always helpful and very pleasant. I called to book a unit and they took their time picking out the best unit and plan for me. On my move out day, the manager was there shoveling the snow away so our move out would go successfully. Can’t say enough great things about this location!

Russ is amazing! He’s friendly, professional, and always goes above and beyond to help. He always recognizes me when I walk in the store and he makes the entire storage process quick, easy, and stress-free. His great attitude and excellent customer service are the reasons I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Russ offers above and beyond service. Thank you! Update with additional review - moving day came and of course I had more stuff to store than expected. I’m storing an antique vehicle and didn’t have room for it too once everything was in. Russ pays close attention to the units availability and thankfully he knew another unit that also stored a vehicle had just come available. I was able to rent immediately and for a lower than quoted rate. Thank you for saving the day!

So far its been a great experience, I signed up online and down loaded the app. Once done, I went to see Russ and everyone was right, he's the man! Gave me the rundown quick and 10 mins later I will putting things in my new unit! Highly recommend
