Yesterday morning 02/28/26, the first thing I did was to make a call and who answered the call very polite who gave me a good impression. My next step was to visit the office at the location 1050 King Dr. Daly City., the person who attended me was very helpful and very cooperative and good listener. I have a good impression of him that he is a very good patient person. Excelente person.

Website is confusing.
The website(s) is confusing because there are so many locations and it isn’t clear which one might be being booked. Also there is evidently a difference between “reserving” a unit and “renting” one, which is also not clear on the websites. That being said, once I called and talked to the manager, he was very helpful and gave me guidance.
