The check in process was smooth. Charmaine was very professional and clear over the phone. Kenyatta was also very professional and made the process very smooth and easy in person. The rates are great and the unit is clean.

Had the pleasure of working with Kenyatta who was extremely polite and worked with me on finding the right size to fit my needs. He took me on a tour and assisted with me with gaining access. Kenyatta was very patient with me and did not just rush me or want my business but wanted me to feel comfortable and secure knowing I’m storing my personal valuables. Facilities are extremely nice and well kept I def recommend 10/10 👍

Let me preface this by saying that this review does not refer to Kenyatta, who was very kind and helpful. Recently I won an auction at the facility. I showed up to claim the lockers that morning. When I put my money down on the counter I was told that the manager might not be in that day and i was asked if I could come back tomorrow. I said that I couldn't due to a scheduling conflict, and asked if there was anything we could do so that I could start working to clean the lockers out. They declined. I hung out in the area for a couple hrs just in case the manager showed up but after a while I went home. They called late in the day to let me know that she(the manager) had finally arrived, and called again the next morning to see what i wanted to do with the lockers. Unfortunately I had to relinquish them. I don't know what malicious lies this manager fed to storage treasures but they suspended my account. I managed to get it reinstated but am still banned from bidding on any cubesmart auction. That seems excessive. I don't believe that I should be punished for this one facility's mismanagement. I even called the facility to speak to the manager and see if we could rectify the situation and was hung up on. She's truly a garbage human and shouldn't be working with people. One star until she's fired.

Everything was great, except I was not told that if you are not outside the gate by closing at 10pm, you will have to make a call which took about 10 minutes to be let out. At all the storage places I've used before, you can still exit, (but not enter)after closing. I should of been told this with all the other pertinent move in information so it's not a surprise when I can get out after gate closing for the day.
