It was amazing! Heather W. explained everything, showed me a bigger unit and even got me a bigger unit without any problems. She made the door automatically open for us the whole time while moving and made it a super easy process. She was very kind and upbeat and I really appreciated her help and positive attitude in a time that is very stressful due to a fire across the street from my house. She made my holidays a little brighter and I am very pleased with the service provided! Keep Heather W. On your team Cube Smart! She is a asset and a winner!🥇 The property was easily accessible and clean and I love it. I will always use Cube Smart!

Smooth initial rental experience. We had an issue with the structural integrity of the unit that was reserved ( a hole in the wall at the floor). We also realized that we likely didn’t require quite as much space as we initially thought. The agent was very accommodating, and changed our rental to the next smaller size unit without hesitation. A very pleasant experience overall.

To the owners of CubeSmart, located at 1400 Charlotte street, in Pottstown Pennsylvania. I’m am not sure if Heather is ok? Today she gave me an experience that was so unpleasant, rude and completely unacceptable! If she is not happy and hates her job/line of work and feels she is burned out with the position that’s her business. Please let’s not bring the drama to the value customers, whose monthly contributions keep the facilities up and running and feeds employees throughout our nation everywhere. She loves to eat and that’s why her front door is always closed and locked during business hours. No disrespect but we need a new team, whatever happened to the other lady who worked there a few months ago the newest employee, she spoke to people with human experience language and was great at solving problems. America we can do better. To the children of GOD everywhere let’s pray for Ms.Heather and her well being, she is not a bad person. #JudgementFreeZone I regret giving her that first review! Be sure to wait a few months after to see her true colors before and after she has your business. It’s only right!!!

I feel as though the service was above average this was my first time using your facilities the two ladies up front was very helpful one show me around explain to me all the details that I needed for my storage unit and I was pleased. The only thing is I wish it was a ramp where the door was because I have to go next door to another business to use there the only drawback.
