Theresa was perfect from the first time we talked on the phone and when I came in to sign my lease for the storage area. She has a great personality and so friendly. It made me want to store my stuff at the facility. Very friendly and hospitable. Thank you Theresa for not making me confused on where I should stay. You made it so easy.

So far, I’m extremely pleased w/ CubeSmart. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained (except for the entrance), the unit is roomy and easy to find, and it was very easy to sign up. I’m sort of afraid about hidden charges I’m going to be hit with, but if my bill stays where it is, it’s a reasonable value for money. The entrance: Our front entrance keypad isn’t working, so anyone can get into the building—which has a lot of hiding places—during normal business hours. PLEASE FIX IT

Outstanding customer service by Theresa! Editing this review to add a comment… During a recent visit, my son and I asked an elderly women if she needed any help. The woman sitting and sorting things at her cube said “yes, eventually, but there is no need for you to wait around to help because the woman at the front desk said she will help me when needed”. Needless to say, Theresa’s work ethic goes beyond outstanding customer service and is refreshingly uncommon. Thank you Theresa.

The receptionist was the absolute kindest person who helped me immediately find what I wanted. She showed me actually what I asked for and made it super easy to get it all set up. The storage unit is inside with climate control and is very clean. I have no concerns that my stuff will be ruined.
