Let me just start by saying... wow! The property is well-kept, the units are spacious and clean, and the manager Cait is incredibly helpful. From the moment I stepped into the office until the moment I left, she answered all of my questions with patience and care. This is my first time renting a storage unit and I am thrilled that she made this process so easy! She made sure I had all of the information I needed to access the property and my unit. I will absolutely recommend her and this property to everyone I know. She deserves a raise!!!

Property manager is amazing and keeps the maintenance of the location AMAZING! It's always do clean and orderly. If I ever have an inquiry she's always so ready to assist. 10/10 would recommend

My experience with this facility was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When I registered online, I was given a code for immediate move-in, but the code did not work. I had to take all my belongings back and contact customer care, which proved to be a major challenge. During office hours, there was virtually no one available to assist—calls went unanswered, and I was forced to leave a message. It took two days to receive a callback, and even then, the code provided still did not work. Only after reaching out to the manager did I finally get a working code. A month later, I rented another air-conditioned unit, but upon arrival, I discovered it was not an air-conditioned unit at all. After contacting customer support (again, with a long delay in response), I was told the unit had been changed to an air-conditioned one. However, when I moved in, I found the A/C was not functioning due to a broken compressor, as told by the manager, and the manager could not guarantee when it would be repaired. After explaining my need for a working A/C unit to protect my belongings, I was finally given an alternative unit. The final straw was the sudden rent increase. After two months, my rent was raised from $54.00 to $123.00 for one unit and from $78.00 to $99.00 for the other, with the vague explanation that “Regrettably, due to various factors, we find it necessary to adjust the rental rates for certain units, including the one you currently occupy.” There was no clear justification for such a drastic increase. Overall, this facility suffers from poor communication, unreliable service, and a lack of transparency. I would not recommend it to anyone who values convenience, reliability, or fair pricing.

Caitlin was such a great help! Omg, I can not stress enough the relief I felt with how easy she made everything. The process was seamless, I'm new to storage renting and she walked me through the whole process even though she didn't have to! Keep it up!!

Went Online to rent a 5X5 storage unit. Price was perfect so I reserved a unit online. Later in the day I got a call from a representative named Laura. I explained that I had problems doing the contract on online. Laura was so pleasant and understood I'm not a computer wizard. She sent me a link, and she walked me through pages to initial and sign. Laura was a pleasure to work with. Laura deserves 10 stars.
