Stay away from the storage unit. Their customer service is horrible. The person that works in the office doesn’t want to help. You just will refer you to call the number on the door. They’re rarely here or if they’re here they’re totally unhelpful. There’s no way to get anybody on the phone they don’t answer emails. It’s the worst customer service. There are many other storage facilities in the area. I suggest you use one of those not Storage King USA.

Very happy with Storage King USA's Newtown Sq location. Clean and secure. Got a unit a few months ago. Super easy online setup, and Tony in the management office is great to work with and has always been available, helpful, and responsive. You can park and unload right at the climate controlled buildings doors, which was perfect because it rained for a couple of days that we were moving stuff in.

Just renting from WEB SITE after renting for 5+ years when this place was Metro, moving into a smaller space to save big money. I realized that I was not informed previously that my homeowners would cover the $12 mandatory insurance. Big Drag! I really feel ripped off by previous management for 5 years. The only reason i continued to rent at Storage King was due to the professionalism of the manager Tony. Tony was extremely helpful , pleasant and informative.
