I had an amazing experience with City Self Storage in Lancaster, PA! The customer service is truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to help me whenever I needed it, and it never once felt like a hassle for them. They were always friendly, patient, and willing to answer any questions I had. The facility itself is very clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. On top of that, their rates are always great, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for storage in the Lancaster area, this is the only place I would trust. Highly recommend City Self Storage!

Overall the storage was good. Clean and in great condition. The experience with customer service behind the counter in Lancaster wasn’t the best because I wanted to ask some questions and the response was bland at best. Also I wish the gate didn’t lock at 9pm making it hard to quickly grab something late if needed. But overall it was fine and I made it work.

We have had a great experience. We had a large storage unit and then downsized to a smaller unit and the staff were great to work with. I only have one small issue and the only reason why I didn't give 5 stars. But we were not notified before this last rate hike. In the past we were notified but not this time. I even looked back in my emails thinking I missed it but no. Otherwise, they have been fantastic to work with and the units are dry and facilities are secure.
