When I arrived at CubeSmart, I was having a real bad day. Then I met Eunique. I think I was a bit rude, but she was able to stay calm and make me feel a little better with her smile. I was in a big hurry and she was able to take care of my rental quickly. She explained all my entrances and exits and where to park and how to navigate the place. I have been a sales manager for 25 years and I wish that my people were able to make people feel good like she does. I’ve rented quite a few places in my time and this was a great experience.

I got a small unit last summer after selling my house, and it was a very seamless transaction. Good rate for the promotional period, and after the promo ended it wasn't too much of a price increase, it was reasonable. I just closed out my unit as I am moving across the country, but from start to finish, Tamara was so friendly and helpful at every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again. We need more friendly people like her in the world!

After several months I am still happy with Prime Storage, I have encountered no problems and all has been smooth. Specific unit I was looking for was not available so employee, Tamara, stepped in and walked me through the process of choosing another equivalent unit.
