I rented the unit online and was given all of the codes after payment was sent through. We packed up a load and ran over to put it in and the four digit code for the unit lock did not work. I had to call customer service and she was very helpful in finding the correct combination for our lock.
Donald PopePrice was a little high but location and proximity to my current and future residence was a plus. There was a period of almost a week when the entry gate was broken and I wasn't able to access my unit. Never actually talked to the local manager. Was only ever able to reach the main customer service line.
Toby LefeverOverall… so far so good! The only complaint I have is that it I cannot access the unit 24 hours. Due to my schedule, closing for eight hours (10P - 6A) really limits my access to the unit!
