I have had a unit here for years, but will be emptying and using another facility. The people who work there are great, but the company's policy on customer service is horrendous! I was late on payment and was charged a late fee, which I rightly deserved. However, I was charged an additional late fee on the late fee! Instead of being $210, I was charged $284. Outrageous!
