⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Steve at Extra Space Storage in Bensalem (19020). I called because my unit rates increased significantly, and Steve was extremely professional, responsive, and kind throughout the process. He followed up exactly when he said he would, took the time to explain everything clearly, and worked to get discounts approved through corporate to help me with multiple units. I truly appreciated his effort and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this location!

Went in today to inquire about different sizes and prices on storage units and Steve was fantastic! He showed us a few options and made the experience super smooth and easy! I went in to just look and ended up leaving with a storage unit because it was to hard to pass up on. Steve explained many things to us and was super helpful!
