The facility feels very safe since it’s away from the busier areas of Eugene. I believe every unit is drive up so that’s very convenient. I’d certainly rent here again. I did get the bigger unit they have at 10x25 feet and it fit my 3 bedroom house worth of furniture. Just a general comment that it’s better to get a bigger unit than you think you need.

I used Eugene Safe Storage when I first moved to Oregon. They were wonderful to work with. Their facility is secure and well maintained. They are available to help in person whenever needed, which is extremely important. I needed to get a small storage unit again, and I did not hesitate to go back to them again. I can nearly say I've seen it all. I've been led to, cheated, and unable to access my belongings for no valid reasons whatsoever. Eugene Safe Storage has been a very pleasant experience. Great rates! Clean facilities. Very secure. Brian was very helpful and accommodating. After loading the unit all day on a hot day he offered cold water and a candy bar. Couldn't have chosen a better place for my storage needs.

Wow! What a great storage facility. Feels and looks really safe and secure. Exceptionally clean and well maintained, by far the best I've ever seen or used in many decades of occasional storage facility needs. Very friendly and helpful staff. We would not hesitate to recommend this storage facility to anyone in the greater Eugene area who is in need of storage. Oh, and they have competitive rates as well!
