I also work in Property Management, so I don’t typically have the availability to call or stop into the office. I was double charged for my monthly payment earlier this week, and planned to give them a call on my lunch break today. Linda actually beat me to it and left me a voicemail this morning about the double charge. Once I was able to call her back, she informed me that her District Manager reached out to her about the issue, and they could either refund my card directly or credit my account for the following month. I also had to stop into the office today for an unrelated matter, and Linda knew exactly what I was there for as soon as I told her my name. Shoutout to the DM for either catching the double charge, or reading the web request I submitted through the email receipt and communicating it to on-site staff so quickly. Big shoutout to Linda for her kindness and customer service!

The customer service representative that assisted me was super cordial and knowledgeable. This was my first time renting a storage unit and she really helped it be seamless. The storage unit seems sufficient but time will tell. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because a) they should mention the office is not on the premises and offer directions on the website and b) they try to coerce you into insurance.

Been trying to find a place to store my car and some parts. Linda and Cindy were more than perfect welcoming me in the door and helping me find the perfect unit for the perfect price. If your looking for a place to store anything i’d always recommend coming here and asking for either of them!
