Second, the staff at the storage building (Christopher and Robert) were also friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious. The cost was far less than I thought it would be, and the unit (and whole facility) was so clean and tidy that I felt completely comfortable leaving everything there. Well done. 10/10 would recommend.

You don't think of customer service being much a determining factor when booking storage, but Extra Space in Westlake makes it a distinguishing feature of their product and I would pick them again just for the level of service and attention. The space itself was extremely convenient with easy pass through entrances and exits as well as covered loading and unloading for many of their units.
