Prestige storage has been a great place for me to store what I need. The facility is kept extremely clean, it even smells great in the climate controlled storage space! The owner is great to work with and he is very helpful. I would recommend this place to friends!

Prestige Storage in Sandusky, Ohio is a clean, safe, and well kept facility. I can't say enough about the manager, John. He is there to answer questions and always with a friendly hello and bottled water! We needed to move units several times as our need to store things increased. John is very efficient and he made each transition to a new unit very easy. It's so nice to see someone who takes pride in his work and provides great customer service! Well done!

I absolutely love this place. My unit was conveniently located, dry and the staff is amazing and friendly. John went above and beyond to help me move out of my unit and I'll definitely be back if I ever need storage again!

Although this storage facility is well maintained and very clean/secure, I have to give my respects to John that works in the office. He really takes care of all those who he serves there and does his very best to make you feel welcome. It truly is always a pleasure speaking with him as it makes me very confident in knowing if I have any issues whatsoever, I am able to get them taken care of with the help of John.
