They got rats that destroyed my friends things. The company won't help reimburse things that have been lost. Example of items that need replaced: mattress, box spring, dresser, personal items. This is not easy for a college student to replace.
C AI have been renting here for quite a few years now I never had any problems- my credit card on file was recently deactivated and they were kind enough to waive the late fee being that I've never had a late fee in the past and it was a simple oversight on my part. Glad to see a company still put the customer first as it is getting rare and hard to find these days. Shout out to Sam my CSR -quickly resolved my problem and was very friendly, understanding & pleasant!
