Setting up and paying was easy. Can even be done contactless, office building and outside area is clean. Staff was nice. Website didn't specify the need for a cylinder lock which was a problem because I ended up having to buy their 20$ lock since I had bought a regular lock not knowing a cylinder lock was needed. Storage unit was clean enough, LOTS of cowebs, could tell they hadn't looked inside of it for months. That was a little off putting. Would have been nice if they'd gone in and cleaned it up since they knew I was coming a week ahead of time. But overall it's nice, facility is nice. And location is convenient for me.

I'm very pleased with the facility. It's clean, easily accessible. However, what I'm most pleased and impressed with is Tara (sp?). She is extremely helpful, patient, and accommodating. When I recommend your facility, she'll be the main reason I do.

The entire automated process was smooth and efficient—I signed up easily and had a unit with my items stored within two days. Accessing the facility was simple, and the clear instructions for entering, locating the unit, and using the lock made the experience hassle-free. My only complaint is that, despite a sign stating the unit had been cleaned, it clearly had not. There were cobwebs on the floor and quite a few dead bugs. Fortunately, I checked the unit before moving anything in and was able to return with a broom and leaf blower. Overall, I’d use them again, but I do think they should take a few extra minutes, as that is how long it took me, to actually clean the units as stated.
