Facility was very clean and safe with easy electronic access. Had a little trouble connecting with a human initially after renting online, but once we connected they were very helpful all the way through when I needed to add an extra month and then closing things out. Would higy recommend!

Communication was really great at first, but when I tried canceling my unit it was almost impossible. The phone number puts you in a constant loop, unable to leave a voicemail. I called 8 times until I was finally able to speak to a real person.

Amazing management! Clean secure well functioning facility. I have had to use Storage facilities a hand full of times in my life. AAA Storage South, BY FAR, exceeds expectations! Management was always available, very helpful and worked with me for my needs. This time I was dealing with my parent's "estate" with a family divided. The manager made the experience so smooth. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during a very difficult time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
