Wonderful experience with Brittany and the Monroe location. Brittany was able to provide the most ideal unit location that fit our needs, was a smooth transition from start to finish, & unit was clean/dry throughout the entire rental amidst significant snow, ice and rain from Dec-'25 through Mar-'26. We will be using this location again the next time we're in need of more storage. Thank you Brittany/team!

I originally gave this place five stars when I moved in. Now that I have left, I would still give five, but the rate increases were way too much and nothings been done to fix the pavement to get to my unit. I was renting a truck anyways for when we moved, but even if we weren’t we would have had to because the potholes are so deep. The office was always great in assisting.

We had a huge snowstorm this year. The store manager, Brittany, was able to check the entryways for my storage facility to make sure that there was no water leaking into my unit as the snow melted. Very courteous and helpful - saved me a trip through the storm to check it out myself. Now that the snow has melted - everything is just fine and exactly how Brittany described the weather situation and its impact to the parking lot and surrounding areas. Thank you

GREAT EXPERIENCE Brittany was excellent overall esp with her customer service & personality With our large truck, she immediately made a switch to another cube to make our experience so much better being more accessible. I have stored here twice now, and Brittany was such a help. I originally choose this spot because she made me feel like she cared about my things as much as i do. I visited two other places before here, and one was another CubeSmart location, but this one gave me a gut feeling. I’m glad I listened to it. I will be back to Monroe if I ever need a unit again.
