I came to look for office space and was quite impressed by the location and the manager on duty. They have very affordable offices of many sizes and configurations. There are also many self storage units available with or without renting an office. I’ve read the previous five star reviews and found them to be correct. The manager’s knowledge of the local office and storage industry was quite impressive. Even the property is quite idyllic, surrounded by trees. I’ve taken a few photos.

Even during the worst weather the manager, Paul, comes out to help as fast as he possibly can and always make sure that I am taken care of. I am very impressed by his worth ethic and his dedication to his Customers. I’m very surprised with his education and experience that he is not a district manager at minimum. If anybody in HR reads this you need to consider the great asset you have who is not being utilized. I would hate to lose him at the Hudson location though. P.S. Why don’t you sell mats to put on the concrete floors for the storage units. Paul went through effort to help me locate one on Amazon. I’m sure you guys could sell them cheaper

After a last minute change in plans I found myself needing a storage unit TODAY. I rushed to office just to find out that they were not open for another 30 or so minutes. As I stood outside the facility, using my cell phone and the instructions from QR code to reserve a unit online, an employee showed up. Although office did not officially open, he let me in and helped me rent a unit right then. Within 1 hour from arrival I had rented the unit, gone home and moved a few items into the rental. Paul was kind, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Everything went smoothly and my urgent change in plans become manageable. Thanks for having such a dedicated employee!
