i went from a big unit to needing a smaller one. Staff worked well in assisting me. Friendly. Units are nice and clean. Would highly recommend renting their units. I had no issues with the company nor any complaints. If i needed to, I'd use Storage of America again.

The units are nice and clean at the Fremont, Ohio location. I love the fact that they are climate controlled. It was nice to walk into air conditioning after being in the heat. The only thing that was a hassle were the doors. There is no way to keep them open as you are moving things in which made it very difficult to move longer items such as couches and dressers into the building while trying to keep the doors from closing on you in the middle trying to get the items inside. Each time you walk outside to grab more items, you had to set something down, key back in then pick it back up to get it inside. They do have carts there which made it nice. But it's almost impossible to make a bigger move by yourself because you need someone to hold the doors open long enough to get through.

Very clean. Nice place. I just rented a space here September 28th with being told I get 2 months free. They changed their policy. I was informed the 2 days left in September in “considered” a month. So If you rent. Make sure it’s in the beginning. I think that’s a garbage rule and not ok.

Nice storages! Soooo easy to rent online and they have locks already!!! I called for some info after they were closed but still got a text back later. Definitely a great place to rent a storage.

Storage of America was a great choice for my storage needs. From the beginning, the staff was professional, kind, and easy to work with. The property was clean, well-lit, and felt very secure. Everything was straightforward with no hassle. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable storage facility.
