The online rental process was very easy. The price is great. I made a few calls while I was selecting my unit and the representatives that assisted me were very kind. Upon arriving at the office in the Berea location, I was greeted by April. She was very kind and explained everything very nicely, she reminded me about the lock and recommended the ones they sold. She was very quick in looking up my information, ringing me up and went the extra mile and shortened my gate password. She accompanied me to my unit and explained how everything worked, she patiently waited until I learned how to lock and unlock the gate to my unit. She explained where the exits are and where the bathroom are located. She is a very friendly person and very good at her job. Thanks April, I was a bit nervous about all of this but thanks to you I feel a lot better now.

Update 11/5/25 I can't say enough good things about this place. Great storage facility! Staff is FANTASTIC! ALWAYS A PLEASURE, HELPFUL.. I actually locked my unit without sliding the slide over and didn't realize it.. They CALLED ME.. WOW!! I place is east to get to, access is simple. I would recommend it HIGHLY.. 6 OUT OF 5 STARS! Office staff is AWESOME! Price is fair. The lighting inside the building tho is TERRIBLE in my unit it is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to see especially th 2/3 of it that isn't in front of the door I always have to bring a flashlight and there's no way to plug in a light to make it easier. Is prefer at least 1 overhead bulb in a sideways 10x30 unit.
