Disposed of over $1,000 worth of items. They did not even have the correct phone number that I gave them when I rented the space. They disposed of this stuff over a $50 dispute which I would have easily just paid them had I known. They finally decided to contact me via email, and asked that the payment be made before September 25th. I called to make the payment and was informed that they disposed of everything well before the due date. I had their corporate office look into auctions and they informed me that my items were not auctioned. They literally just saw that the items I had weren’t taking up a lot of space and threw it in the trash. Who does that? Very poor business practice. In the process of taking things up legally with their corporate offices. Be very careful when dealing with these companies. The funniest joke of all is after they told me my items were disposed of they still asked me to pay them. Maybe my case is one that slipped through the cracks since they have otherwise good reviews, however I will never see this location, or this corporation as anything other than thieves.
