It was and is great, the man who worked there I can’t recall his name, I believe it started with an M, maybe Michael or Mathew, he was super helpful, (he had black finger nail polish) he walked us to show us where the storage was, even walked back to get us a lock that we purchased while we unloaded the truck, and walked it back to us. He was super friendly and very helpful. Great person.

I had an excellent experience with Prime Storage in New Bern! The facility was spotless — everything from the units to the hallways was clean and well-maintained. It’s also incredibly organized and easy to navigate, which made moving items in and out a breeze. Every team member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and ready to help, but Michael really stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and answered all my questions with patience and care. If you’re looking for a clean, well-run storage facility with top-notch service, I can’t recommend Prime Storage in New Bern enough!

Michael was great to deal with. I didn’t know what I needed size wise but he informed me on different sizes based on what I told him I would be storing. He’s definitely a people person my son was cranky (nap time) when I went and man he went well past above and beyond making my son laugh (his dad insists kicked in that’s for sure) and just made us feel really welcomed, almost like we’ve known each other for 5 years. They have a great employee with him… hopefully he continues climbing the ranks. Very lucky to have him. The property itself was very clean, you would expect it to smell like a closet but it smelt very good, the outside was also very clean, the fence was tidy with the trees and they have a great surveillance system in place. If you’re needing a storage unit in the newbern area (which if you’re reading this you do) I highly suggest you go visit Michael
