Glyssa BriceWe had our storage unit while it was Cube Smart and the service was not that great. However, when it changed to Extra Space, the office looked better and the overall building improved. The best improvement was Mary Strange. If best customer service needed a photo in the dictionary, it would be her. She helped me with a payment issue in a quick and friendly manner that I wish everyone would be like.
