I had a really easy check in online once I decided I wanted to use CubeSmart. Once I got to the facility, Ron and Jay were there to welcome me in. They were both super kind and ready to help. Ron showed me to my cubicle, which was Really easy to access and exactly what I was looking for. He showed me how to use my lock and gave me all the info for if I have any questions/need help from the office. Definitely looking forward to decluttering my space and am really pleased with how clean these facilities are. Top tier customer service, also!

I’ve had this unit since September 2024 and have had nothing but positive experiences. The move-in process was incredibly simple, and the managers have always been helpful and professional. I had the unit for several months with zero issues. When it came time to move out since I now live in a different state, I had quite a few questions. The managers Ron and Jay were consistently helpful, positive, and friendly every single time I called. I reached out multiple times over the course of the week (all questions on my end), and they were always patient and happy to assist. They truly made my move-out experience smooth and stress-free. If I ever need a storage unit in the area again, I would absolutely use this company without hesitation.

The associate who helped me at the Wappingers Fall location was TERRIFIC. Especially with me having a bum knee hobbling around, he was terrific. He showed me the ins and out. Ron is his name I believe. I hope that’s it. But he was there yesterday Monday 2/02
