I'd been exchanging emails with them and when my wife went by they said they didn't have the size she was looking for, claiming that she had asked for a 5x 10 and not the 10 x 10 we'd been discussing. My wife's comment was that the person working the desk didn't want to lift a finger to help them. Would have been more convenient then the place we ended up with but this poor service turned my wife off so went elsewhere.
