Great service, I called a bunch of times with questions since I was shopping around, and the folks at the New Rochelle location were very helpful. I showed up in person and got set up within 5-10 mins with everything I needed. Great rates at least for the first 6 months (I paid in advance to lock it in), hope the rates don’t go up much after that.

Do NOT rent a unit here. This storage place is a complete nightmare. They raise the prices randomly with zero warning, and the amount they charge is way higher than what you see online. Total scam. Even worse, the units are full of mice, and management refuses to fix it. We’ve reported the problem for months, and all they say is that they’re “working on it,” but clearly nothing is being done. It’s disgusting, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. The customer service is just as bad. Most of the employees are rude, dismissive, and act like you’re bothering them by asking for help. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. This place is overpriced, unsanitary, and badly managed. Avoid it at all costs.

Stay away from this storage place. I’ve been renting here and the experience has been terrible. First, they raise the prices without any notice. My rate went up a lot for no reason, and when I called, all they said was “everything is going up.” The prices are already extremely high compared to what they advertise online. On top of that, the storage units are infected with mice, and they do absolutely nothing about it. I’ve complained for 4 months, and every time they just say they’re “working on it,” but nothing changes. You can clearly tell they are NOT taking care of the issue. It’s disgusting and completely unsanitary. Most of the staff are also rude and have a nasty attitude. They don’t care about helping customers or fixing the problems. Save yourself the headache and your money — stay far away from this storage facility. It’s not worth it.

Horrible facility! The staff are unprofessional, rude, and almost never around when you need assistance. I waited over 30 minutes just for someone to give me access to a cart (carts are locked up). On top of that, the prices keep increasing with little to no notice — my unit went from $97 to $303 in less than a year! Completely unreasonable fees and constant rate hikes. I do NOT recommend this place at all!
