MECThe couple who run this facility treated me like their neighbor. I'd describe them as friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I started the process online, but chose to visit in person to finalize the lease. The staff found my reservation and all of the information that I filled out on their website showed up on their system. The rental process was quick and then I was brought to my unit so I could inspect it and put on my lock. The price was great too. I couldn't have been any happier.

I reserved with Scott and he searched and answered every question I had. When I arrived to the facility Brenlie met me at my car and greeted me by name before I could even get out of my vehicle. She escorted me to my unit and made sure I was cared for. Great experience!!! Strongly recommended!

I was mislead into purchasing a storage unit and told you would be able to move to another facility with a $10 fee, this was completely false and when I decided not to pursue, they would not offer a refund. Customer Service and Management do not communicate the same info, then blame each other when things go wrong, this is not an establishment that deserves my money
