James at the Phillipsburg location is by far one of the most helpful people I have spoken to in regards to a business. My rent was late and he worked out an agreement with me that fit my needs so I can get caught up on time. He is always available to speak to and answers my emails right away. He follows up constantly if you are late with a payment to make sure your unit won’t be auctioned off. He does the best that he can do to help! Highly recommended

They do indeed have storage units. Entry key pad is falling over and held up with string. Pavement is uneven, entry to my unit wasn’t on flat ground. Very little to no effort was put into snow clean up it was super fun moving things on ice. My rent also went up $50 a month with no warning. There are plenty of other options that can’t be worse.
