I rented a storage unit today, on New Year’s Eve, and received truly exceptional service. The representative, Tom, was friendly, patient, and extremely professional. He took the time to clearly explain all the available unit sizes and pricing options, showed me the units in person, and helped me choose the one that best fit my needs without any pressure. The entire booking process was smooth and well organized, and I genuinely felt taken care of as a customer. Receiving this level of service during such a busy time is not something you come across often. I will definitely return to this location in the future, and a big part of that is thanks to Tom. He is an outstanding representative and a real asset to the company.

Nick is definitely one of the main reasons we love this storage facility, he keeps the locker areas clean and he actually made it so we have better signals in the lockers. He’s extremely knowledgeable about everything in the building and Best part is he remembers who we are.. That’s really something you can’t buy
