I also rented at the Public Storage in Green Brook but I needed a 2nd unit which that property didn't have available at the time I needed. The manager, Elliot, did let me know that this location had a 10 x 15 and he walked me through the rental online so all I needed to do was go there, get the lock inside the unit, and put my stuff inside. I've spoke to other managers such as Ryan and another one at this location and they are friendly and informative.

Staff was easy to work with and helpful with any questions. We needed a short term rental to store material for a job around the corner from site. Access was great, carts always available, and halls kept clean. My crew cleaned out unit and i didn't get around to calling on that day. Staff touched base with me the following day and had already started move out paperwork. Very happy with entire experience with this site and the staff.
