I’m extremely happy with Extra Space Storage in Sunapee, NH. The property is secure, very clean and is easy to access especially in winter. I also appreciate that the property is staffed during the day. Greg has been so helpful there! He worked with me to get the best competitive rates and helped me when I needed a bit more space while in transition. I have referred two more friends since I started renting there because it’s such a great place to securely store items as well as having friendly helpful staff on site.

I do NOT recommend. I was told there were no special move in offers, and that the price would not change within a year. I SPECIFICALLY asked about this at move-in. They also told me they would call me the next month as they would have a bigger unit opening up that I needed. They never did. But they raised the price knowing I was out of state and could not readily easily go back quickly and consider options-which I discovered in my credit card bills (no phone call, no letter, no notice) Get ready for a bait and switch. Moved my things elsewhere as soon as I could! Also while trying to program my combo lock which I purchased there, the staff kept trying to "do it for me" and see my combo code. Be CAREFUL!

Extra Space Storage was a great place to store our treasures while we built our dream home. The manager, Greg, was professional and pleasant during the year (plus) we needed storage space. Our unit was easily accessible whenever we needed to add things or bring stored items back to our building site. We especially appreciated that the facility was plowed after a big snow so we could safely empty our unit.
