The service here was great and very transparent super helpful. Never had a bad interaction and had my stuff in storage for about six months to a year. The only issue I had was the teaser rate was unexpected because I didn’t know it was a teaser rate but I’m assuming Thats corporate doing that. The people who work here are awesome. Avery MooreThese people run a super shady business. They WILL increase the price by 60% after a couple months. It’s not a blanket increase it’s a targeted and shady one. It’s their business model to stick “we can adjust the price at any time” in the fine print and after three months they increase your rent by 60% and hope you’re too lazy to move all this stuff you just put in there or just don’t care enough/don’t notice . What did they do to notify me of this change? They supposedly sent a mailer, which I never received when they have my email and phone number. They’ll be hearing from the Better Business Bureau :)
