Be aware: your rate will be steadily increased until you leave. My rate has gone up like every 6 months. My rate has been increased from $200/month to $500/month. This is a nice location with good staff but just be aware they will charge you more and more until you leave. This is the primary driver of my review rating. My first rate increase was +$100 6 months in. It's a shame they punish a steady payment.

I have used Public Storage on West Hollis St for over 18 mo at the end of this timeframe I met Vivian new property mgr for this location. She is such a professional ! She was so helpful to me and so courteous and kind. It turned out I needed a smaller unit once I moved out of the larger one. I might have moved to another company if not for Vivian and her willingness to help me find what I needed. The process was easy and such a pleasant experience . She keeps the facility immaculate and always available for any questions. A rare find to work with an individual with integrity and so willing to go the extra mile to ensure her customers are happy!!! You’re the best Vivian!!

I could not be more appreciative and grateful to Vivian who has been an absolute rock with help every time I needed it. I got off to a very bad start. When I first was moving in. It was an extremely icy day. She made sure that salt got put out to help us get in and out of the facility safely. Every time I have gone in, I have struggled with my locks. She has always been right there to help! Always a smile on her face. She is friendly and caring, and you are more than lucky to have Vivian!! She could give lessons in customer service, and I am a customer service representative so I know what I’m talking about.
